Interestingly I posted this review a couple of weeks ago and it disappeared? Lack of follow up - promised call backs not made. When staff are out sick, no out of office messages or hand over of case loads. My Father in Law ended up having a fall and being admitted to AMU following a failed callback/ability to find facility this week. Do not recommend

Today I had my first appointment. Everything went well. I don't remember everyone's name who helped me there, you guys are awesome... So much happening inside which I can't express with words... From tomorrow its going to be so different... By the Almighty's will and your kind support I am going to get my life back 😃.. can't believe really... I was completely unaware of such support exist... Please pray for me 🙏 I owe you guys big time.. Thank you Shivani, Colette and Everyone in CGL... Once I successfully completed the treatment programs and get back to my normal life, I really want to contribute in this noble cause.. I am sure there are lot of people like me who needs this support and they are not aware of such support available. Much Respect..

I've just popped to the beacon and met an amazing talented informed helpful lady called Dawn! The beacon is lucky to have a wonderful caring and kind person. More people like this are needed but even if they were half the lady she is would change the beacon for the better!

Single handedly the worst service I have ever experienced. Lost all my details after two 2h appointments so I had to redo everything again. Furthermore, the person I spoke to forgot to book a promised follow-up appointment, and I ended up waiting nearly 1.5 weeks for the next one, because they kept giving me the "you have to speak to the same person you had your appointment with" thing. Problem was, she only worked like 2 days a week, and on those days she would never ring me (as promised) and if I rang them they would say "wait 30 minutes and she will ring you back", SHE NEVER DID. My GP couldn't prescribe me my repeat medication without the follow-up appointment so I went more than 2 weeks in total without my medication. Last time I rang them and explained the situation the receptionist said "Nothing I can do". AWFUL SERVICE.
