From my own experience: no one needs you, no one cares about your pain. After a month waiting for my appointment, today because I didn't do the "check in" I missed it. Apparently I should've read the notes on the walls when I got there so its my fault.

Worst doctors surgery you could ever go to in my humble opinion!!!! Don’t even bother trying to get an appointment unless you’re dying or something they simply won’t care and when they say you’ll get a call back the same day, no you won’t.

Have just been to CHG partnership- St Andrew's for the first time. Requested appointment via Dr iq. Got appointment the same day. They were FANTASTIC. Thanks to Rosie the nurse practitioner who was thorough, reassuring and efficient. Thanks also to Dr May (not sure if that's right) who attended to me as well and was also very efficient and reassuring. Excellent service from both. I am very grateful for your assistance. Sally

Over one hour to speak to the reception team and still waiting ....this is terrible service...and the excuse is Covid...please this is a disaster...I am a tax payer paying for a service that virtually does not exist....

I really don't understand how the receptionists sent the wrong blood tests up to pathology twice, but somehow it was achieved. Pathology had to close after them not really wanting to wait another 20 minutes of me being in a phone queue. Very polite and we'll mannered receptionists though lol.

If ever you see a Doctor or a Nurse they are lovely. However getting to that stage is frustrating and almost impossible
