Ordered online a few times and was looking forward to going into the shop to buy myself a new pipe and tabacco. Rang the bell and waiting outside for 10 minutes, rang again and no answer at all.. lights were on, shutters were up and the tabacoo indian was out and online stated as open. I understand they may of been busy but not even anyone on intercom to acknowledge me

Excellent! Young but extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Enjoyed visiting and making use of the lounge for a cocktail and cigar on Saturday morning so much, went back in the afternoon. Diverse and pleasant clientele sharing the enjoyment of a really good cigar.
