My daughter came in yesterday to have a trye replaces, i always prefer to accompany my daughter, but i was at work. My daughter told me how lovely the gentleman treated her and sat her in the shade as it was very hot and offered her a can of pop, she said she felt very comfortable. i would like to say a big thankyou for being respectful and making my daughter feel comfortable.

From Stratford upon Avon. Visited bham from the day. Heading home late Thursday evening and my tyre went flat. Thought I’d be stuck. Rang up closest mechanic CFK even though he had been closed for an hour he was happy to help. Changed within 10 minutes and was very help and nice. Even got a free drink from him
