I’ve ordered from Ceylon Supermarket a few times now. The customer service is really good. Once, I ordered food for a function and the goods were delivered earlier (not the day that I have requested). But they resent all the raw materials again free of charge. I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve ordered from Ceylon Supermarket a few times now. The service and quality of products are really good. Orders arrive well packaged. What I also really appreciate is their effort to be environmentally conscious with reusing delivery boxes and paper wrapping. Once I had a few items missing from my order where I had ordered 2 of each, but I got the one, human error, but I got a call immediately following my email to them and was sent the missing items very quickly, I couldn’t have been happier with how they handled that. I’m really glad to have a store I can trust to get my staples.
