It was our first time there and only our second modern jive/ceroc event since March 2020 when the pandemic closed everything down. We saw several old dance acquaintances. Lots of ladies asked me to dance and gave me the chance to do moves I'd been learning and practising alone at home for over two years! There was some good music, and the lessons before the freestyle got me back into the swing of things. It was great to be back on the dancefloor. I had a great time. Must have been a combination of beginner's luck and the Brut Splash-on lotion I applied at home 🤣😂 Ah, the sweet smell of success 😂Thank you Ceroc Thames Valley!
