Quick enough to delivery skip and take your money but when you need them to come collect the full skip when finished with is a joke. I telephoned them twice to collect the skip, I was told that they would collect in 3 days, then they said before the weekend!!! Still waiting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Most unprofessional company ever! Rudest man on the phone he should be sacked. Called in our skip to be picked up over a week ago called many times since and it’s still not been collected despite the turn around apparently being 4 days that’s a joke!. There was one of there vans dropping off a skip literally doors down from our house and still they didn’t pick it up. Useless company they shouldn’t be trading. Will be taking this complaint further! If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Did a large extension and had around 4 skips from these guys. To say there service is amazing is an inderstament. Skips delivered super fast, drivers very polite and collected when promised. Prices are A* and drivers don't give you any trouble. They always answer the phone. The guy I speak to is always clued on knows exactly which skip and property and fast to act. I have used other skip companies in the past and they are nothing but scum and require 10 calls a day to get them. This company is professional, accommodating, decent priced and very responsive. Delivery driver was very friendly so I guess he deserves the *1 star*. This is the Worst Business Experience I have ever encountered! TBH I would rate them zero star if I could but the delivery driver saved their reputation just by a slight chance. So below is a 3 yard skip, which wasn't delivered on time and is in a terrible condition. You can literally see the concrete floor through the bottom of the skip as there is a hole in it (see pictures). I paid £140.00 for that! This poses are health & safety risk to the public and cars parked in that area. On multiple occasions I was told the skip would be collected but nobody turned up. The guy I spoke to over the phone was really rude and dismissive. My god there customer service is atrocious and they don't deserve any business at all. After phoning them multiple times they finally collected the skip today. The worse bit about it they had the cheek to dump stuff out of the skip and leave it on side walk without phoning me or letting me know the reason why!? They are totally unprofessional and I wouldn't bother wasting your money with them. The reviews they show on their official website are bias because you only see goods reviews and I'm starting to think some of the ones on here might be fake. They claim to be cheapest skip company in Sutton Coldfield but there are NOT! I have done my research and I have compared their 3 yards skip prices to other companies and it turns out you can actually get 4/5 yard skip for around the same price as £140 which they are charging for a 3 yard skip. This company is a rip off and I will never ever ever do business with them AGAIN and advise you not to either.. All my proof is the photos below so I would think carefully before considering them. Horrendous service!! Called for a skip on friday was promised early morning delivery on tuesday. 9.30am... nothing, called spoke to a rude man who said delivery was between 8am and 12pm. 1.30pm nothing... called again... was on its way. Now almost 4.30pm and nothing!! No phone call from them. Absolutley disgusted, day off work wasted for nothing.
