Calling for picking up a skip for nearly a week.!! Keep getting promises, but still not picked it up.

Very unpleasant experience start to finish . Was promised it would be delivered at 12:45 came over 90 minutes late. Couldn't pay by card as it's cash only Phoned for skip collection wasn't collected because cars were blocking it. But has cars removed within half hour. Being on a terraced house road with limited parking it does take time to find out which vehicles need removing as I don't live there. Phone twice after and was told I was put to the back of the qeue. When I asked what day and time it would be collected was given a 4 hour slot where it is difficult to keep a parking space clear. Naturally people who live there are throwing their rubbish on the skip which is already full.

Not happy with the overall service provided. Delivery driver was quite grumpy and could have done with some customer service training. The correct skip was provided and at short notice which is why I am giving a 2 star rating. We were asked to phone when we were finished with the skip. It was cash on delivery which was a bit inconvenient, it would have been better to be able to pre-pay. The skip was taken away before we had finished with it, we had not called asking for it to be taken away. I rang to find out who had requested the removal only to be advised that other residents had complained and had told them that my mom had moved out of the property so did not require the skip, which was a complete lie by the resident. Nobody contacted me to let me know they would be collecting the skip or to check if we had actually finished with it. £144.00 is a lot of money to pay out when you are on a low income and we should have been notified that the skip was being collected. The person I spoke to did offer to collect any rubbish we still had that we intended to put into the skip but we will get rid of this ourselves now and would probably not use this company again unfortunately. All it would have taken was a phone call or a knock on the door.
