"Libby was absolutely amazing with the whole onboarding experience, she was very professional, tentative and kept me well informed on the progress end to end. This was the apartment I really wanted the day I viewed it and it was mine with a holding deposit a few days later...I can't fault the customer service at all but praise all the effort and care Libby and the Team have since provided. Excellent professional service received from Libbi & Emma and the Centrick Team! I received a call from Emma Moran, Tenancy Manager to say unfortunately my tenant had been made redundant and requested to end his tenancy a month early and was not financially able to pay. Obviously you panic! But Emma was very calm and assured me that this could be turned around. I was introduced to Libbi Bowes, Lettings Manager whom I found very professional, calm, gave some great advice and was able to review the rent in line with the market. Within 24 hours Libbi had marketed the property and had viewings set up. Whilst Libbi was looking for a new tenant, Emma and her team arranged the checkout, reviewing the inventory, efficiently communicated to the tenant and myself and ensured any issues were resolved and compensated. Emma dealt with this in a positive and professional manner. Within a week a new tenant has moved in so all parties are happy with the result! Thank you. Great work Team Centrick!
