This company needs investigating no repairs are being done taking our money and not responding to emails constantly on annual leave needs to be addressed to the property ombudsman which i will be doing managers seem to be just as pathetic as the staff on the phones offices just keep ringing out don’t have a clue about anything. Takes weeks for them to email you back then start sending out letters saying its the leaseholders issue to sort out fire doors unprofessional and are doing daylight robbery off tenants with services charges this company needs closing down

I am a landlord to one of the properties they manage and apart from 1 guy James Capper the company as a whole has let us down. They have let the building dilapidate in such away the building is uninhabitable in places. Raw sewage pipes are left leaking, front door had been broken and left open for months, let the concierge go, inability to keep on top of cleaning, lifts out of action in a 11 storey building and the list goes on. Even maters that don’t require money such as our building manager not making himself available to us or other companies, missing important meetings with insurance loss adjusters and the department of health. The company is a shambles as is our building now.

Absolutely astonishing, staff on the phone polite and courteous but unfortunately upper management not playing a fair part in the managing of their properties the customer service staff get all the back lash. 5* to customer service -5* to the managing team of Centrick. Please take note that its the people in the buildings you manage that suffer for your lack of consideration

Centrick property management is Non-Existent! I am an owner in Miller Heights, Maidstone. Our apartment block is falling apart, I have given 1 star as zero doesn’t exist. There are so many issues that are not being addressed that it is impossible to even list them. The latest problem seems to be a common theme in the various reviews. The lifts are broken and not getting repaired. Centrick our property management say “there is no money to repair this or anything else”, so they expect residents to walk up 11 floors of stairs to get to their apartments. There are single mothers, disabled tenants, and elderly in the building, apparently not their problem. You are asked to report all issues on the support portal, which I have done and it is immediately closed stating it have been fixed. My advice to anyone looking to buy or rent don’t go near any building that has Centrick associated with it.
