Very rude and unprofessional receptionists, each time I call for a appointment they make me to wait more than hour on the phone and then end the call without responding. All they say is call back tomorrow, however they keep on repeating the same thing. The receptionists got no manners. They are public health workers they should treat everyone equally. The main reason the surgery is in bad condition for patients is because of the receptionists.

In the last 3 months I have not been well and I had back to back illness. I called them many times and they answered only three times and refused to give me the appointment. Even for my 5 year old child they refused to give me the appointment to see the doctor face to face. I have fever and lots of body pain through out this week. I just called the GP center and the call isn't going through. Someone or the MP should take action on the GP center specially on the receptionist. The receptionist should stop making decisions for patients.

After being on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes… from queue number 25 to 1 only to be hung up on to recall and rejoin the queue at number 16. Outrageous and unfortunately not the first instance. Customer service face to face is good but unfortunately their over the phone customer service could definitely be improved.

The telephone service is abysmal. Half the time it is off, or you're waiting over an hour for a call. No one replies to the online emails you send so all in all you can never meet anyone without a 111 appointment

Yesterday at 8 o'clock in the morning my wife called the surgery for an appointment, eventually 30 minutes later she got a reply and she was told that someone would call her back in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went and no call was made, she decided to call the surgery back, and she was told that she was on the list and someone would call her back. 5 o'clock no call, 6 o'clock no call, 7 o'clock no call, at 7.18 pm she looks at the phone and there it was a missed call at 7.17 pm. She called back and the switchboard was switched off [the surgery is now closed] however the closing time on Tuesday is 8 pm. The reason of the missed call was because the caller did not allow the phone to ring long enough for it to connect and ring on the other end. The phone was beside us and did not ring. They only let it ring their end long enough, possibly two rings to register a call was made. They did not attempt to try again. Unfortunately I have to give you one star which you don't deserve, just because google will not let me post this comment without it. We decided to called 111 with no delays, my wife received an outstanding checkup, the antibiotics got ordered on line just to be collected, and the whole experience was professional, stress free and we were left with a proper paper report. All done within 2 and half hours, after waiting for 12 hours for a phone call from the GP that never materialised. 111 from beginning to end 5 stars and more.
