    Supposed to be paid the day before Christmas Eve 4 hours to get through on phone to be told computers are down and I’ll be phoned back no one called so no gas no electricity no shopping over the holidays nearly a week with no money and still waiting. So I hope everyone at credit union had a very nice holiday because I haven’t. Thanks guys!!!!!!

    Gotta be the worst branch ever no one ever answers the phone my local branch at Kensington closed never had a problem reaching them unfortunately that branch closed so moved me to here needless to say I will be closing my account and putting my savings into a bank account would of given 0 stars but couldn’t

    Never answer the phone, cant access my online account, always have problems logging in. Last year I had to Email M Smithy to ask for money out of my savings into my bank account as I didn't want to get a loan, after a lecture about my shares going down yada yada they finally transferred the amount I asked for. Now again this year cant get into my account and they wont answer the phone, though website says it's open. I've been with CU for a number of years and I hardly ever have to contact them except once a year and I cant even do that. This is a JOKE

    I believe the staff are absolutely out standing. They always go out of there way to help me. Plus there not being payed at all, so I believe there doig the absolute best and should all be proud of themselves. I'd pay them in hugs if I could haha. No there doing brilliant there.
