They say Superheros only wear capes, let me tell you now that is not true. I have used these lads for over 4 years now, I made a TERRIBLE ERROR. in trying to upgrade my phone system , without speaking to the Central IT Team. (100% MY FAULT.) What happend is 12 hours of PAIN . informed Central IT had an Engineer on site within an Hour and worked tirelessly to correct a huge WRONG on my Part. Lesson learnt.
