Was in there recently and was not impressed with the an elderly till lady " sue " who was talking down to a younger member of staff infront of a line full of people, it was very uncomfortable to see as she seemed amused with her actions. I felt very sorry for the poor lad who looked very embarrassed about the whole thing. I wanted to make an official compliant with the store manager but had to get back to work. Please address this situation as this indicated bullying in the workplace.
