Really annoys me when I go in to buy fags and they hold the box back behind the counter like I’m going to steal the fags. I understand you may have problems with thieves etc but this makes me not want to use the shop. Normal people don’t steal and by acting this way just makes your customers unhappy … I’m mixed race I wonder if this is a reason. If I go into this shop again and you hold back the fags … that will be the last time I use the shop for anything. No other shop does it. Increase your security if your scared , not make your customers feel uncomfortable

Couple weeks ago my dad went there to buy a pack of cigarettes, his account was charged 3 times (over a few days) for one item. Went there next day to sort out the issue, but been told to come back next day to the manager. Manager refused any help and investigation, was rude and treated my dad as if he was trying to pull a scam. Definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at this place.
