Order from these guys thru Uber. Uber driver stole the chicken and potatoes out of my Sunday dinner order. I rang coop and they were mortified and definitely felt confident that coop had done their job and packed my goods and it was on Ubers head. After several back and forths with Uber they eventually refunded my whole shopping bag (£45). Not the first time I’ve had issues with Uber so avoid where possible. Coop tho. Top staff. Maybe need to think about stapling the shopping bags or sealable bags to prevent tampering

I would to say a huge thank you to the lovely young female sales assistant (who lives/works on a farm) who helped me lift a very heavy basket to the counter. Then another female sales assistant appeared (blonde hair) and offered to carry my bags to the car and put them in for me. Both were such lovely, kind people and so friendly! They are absolute credit to the Ashby Road, Tamworth store!!!
