    You always take a risk whrn purcjasing a second hand car I purchased a Vauxhall Insignia from Central which developed an ignition problem, Central took the car in did a diognostic determined then problem was the ignition coil and repaired the cat within hours on the same day.     This place came recommended to me and I wasn’t disappointed, looked after by jay I test drove and went on to buy my Antara! It came with a clean mot and drives like a dream! Jay went above and beyond to ensure I got the car in good time due to an upcoming holiday! Any niggles (which lets be fair all used cars have) have been dealt with and I’m thrilled with the service, we will be returning in the future for another ✌️

    Terrible service, before buying the car there was a malfunction light on dash, told it would be repaired, complete opposite light was cleared in order to pass MOT. Came straight on once I drove not even a mile from dealer. 1 week later still not got my car, poor communication and sales man Jay. Turned out to have a blown turbo, needed a new gearbox. Left the car with them at the beginning of the week, and still haven’t received it a week later. Went in to ask when it would be ready and was told in an hour or so. Dealership closed and still haven’t received my vehicle or any communication surrounding this. Update. On collection of vehicle I was attacked about the review I had placed. I explained it was an honest review and they was telling me to remove it. Once driving the vehicle that had been repaired the same engine malfunction light came on, I took the vehicle straight back and got my money back. The same issue that had been repaired persisted and had clearly not been repaired to a high standard or hadn’t been repaired at all. DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
