I suffer from a depression and asked to receive a medication on nhs instead of private as my previous private prescriptions used to get lost, which resulted in a lack of medication. I gave my GP a letter from my private psychiatrist to confirm what I am suffering from and they lost the letter. No one bothered to contact me for 2 weeks. I called them last Friday just to find out that they don't have a such a letter. Gave them the same letter today and once again I was told that ill get a call from.them. I cannot believe that they make it so hard to people who suffer from a depression and thinking about killing themselves every day.they have no hearts...

Absolutely shocking treatment received by my husband today who came for a blood test. The phlebotomist by the name of Karen really shouldn't be in this role. The moment he walked in she made a really rude comment about his tattoos to which he pointed out she also had tattoos? Apparently though, hers are about family and pets and therefore more important! She then also began to tell him very personal family matters regarding her father, brother and ex-husband all derogatory and in explicit detail. Whilst she was doing this she was constantly moving the needle in & out, jabbing him over again and telling him to 'take a look for himself' as his veins were moving (he could feel it, he didn't need to look!). She then had to try the other arm. He has to have regular blood tests and NEVER has ever had a problem before but came home really shocked and furious, not so much at what she said (as if she'd have been lovely, he'd have listened) but it was how rude she was too, just standoffish and thoroughly unpleasant. He did call the receptionist as soon as he got home to make a formal complaint, and they knew who he was talking but never took his details to file a complaint. Our daughters have to have regular blood tests and I will definitely not be booking their tests here after my husband's experience.

This is not a place of care. My family’s entire interaction with the staff goes against Hippocratic oath. They showed no compassion to the families of the deceased and his faith. It took over FIVE DAYS to get a death certificate for a Muslim that passed away. The entire staff of this organization refused to attend to us on Tuesday December 6th 2022 because they are in a training session and refused to issue the death certificate even though the deceased was on palliative care.

Useless!!! Still operating on a triage system, which they shouldn’t be. You can never get an appointment to see a GP. The reception are rude, slow and seemingly uneducated. They don’t do their job. They act as if they are in a position of power, talking down to you like they are medically trained to deal with your issue - which they obviously aren’t. It’s the worst service you could possibly get. They do not care at all about the patients. Disgraceful!!!!!
