Very bad customer service, when I call the office the did not even knew that I rent a car from them. Apart from that I messaged them 5 times to say change the tires, because they were completely bold. I referred a friend of mine which they said they will pay me £50 for, and once he rented the car, CCC was making excuses about that £50. On the day when I was returning the vehicle I told the person to check the car carefully, he checked and he was satisfied with it, but he said to me that we might charge you £10 or £15 for valet and said you will get the deposit back today or tomorrow, I agreed. They did not sent me the deposit on time, they sent me on 3rd day after I called them and guess what, they charged me £25 for valet. Overall they are not keeping there words.

Complete waste of time. Requested numerous documents which were all complied with. Promised plated taxi on 3 occasions only to be told that no vehicle will be provided as third party not admitting liability. Asked why did they waste my time with all documents they said “just in case”. They advised me to contact my own insurance and then contact them as they will definitely give me a hire care. Told them to get lost!
