I notice the last reviewer has had exactly the same experience as my mother. She had to cancel her lifeline because they were charging her twice in a month for the same payment. Even though someone has taken all the equipment away they are still trying to charge her months later. No chance at all of ever being able to speak to anyone or get any response. Avoid.

I have been trying to contact this company daily and have left my number as requested for a call back , at least 5 times , so far no response. They send me invoices despite the fact I cancelled the contract in May or tried to . My husband died a year ago , which I reported but they still send bills . I managed to return the equipment after numerous phone calls and emails after several weeks Of waiting.
