Stay away from this company! Cemplast Preservation Ltd are not trustworthy. Stay away from Jamie Lofthouse and his team. we had some work done back in 2018 and within a year or so the damp came back badly in some of the rooms they worked on, now they are saying they never worked on that area, even though the paper work they gave us shows otherwise. I feel let down by the company after spending a lot of my hard earned money. The 20 year guarantee is a scam. They do not honour it, its just for their entrapment of innocent customers. When you actually come to claim on it, they will stop communicating with you and just block your number. Stay away from them and save your money. Go to a reputable company and don’t make the same mistake we have done! He’s also trades under the name of AML CONSTRUCTION GROUP LIMITED. Services: General construction, Waterproofing

Jamie did my damp proof course back in 2015. One of the walls failed recently and he was out within 24 hours to have a look at it and to activate the 25 year guarantee he’d put on it. He also had a look at an internal party wall which is showing some damp since next door has started developing. He will be sorting that out for me too. No hesitation or fuss, no delays, he’s a reliable friendly guy who stands by his work. I’ve already started discussing the possibility of an extension on the house done by him and a partner as well. Excellent work all round. Very happy.
