Amazing! Tried several "jewellers" within the shopping centres in Cambridge to have my wife's ring cleaned only to be told that they only offer this service if you bought the jewellery from them. Couldn't fault the staff or knecklace at all . I lost my chain a year ago and wanted a new one , you are greeted from the front door , staff were friendly and helpful . A few weeks later I wanted to make my chain shorter , I simply walked in and they took the time to make sure I was 100% happy . Ps , I never leave reviews but in this case they deserved it ! .
