Popped in here this morning after going in 3 Mobile, a few doors away. Got a Case for a new phone. The man at the front counter provided the Case and directed me to the rear counter to pay. I paid by card a was given a card receipt. I asked if could get a till receipt too, for my business records. The man curtly told me "we are not a superstore, why do you want a receipt?". I decided that it looked like too bigger request and told him not too worry. He then started shaking his head in what looked like disdain. I asked him why he was shaking his head? He told me "it's my head, I can do what I want with it. I can sigh. I can do what I want". If you're having a pleasant morning and enjoy pleasant people....perhaps, go somewhere else for your Mobile Phone needs?!

Shocking. Asked for thermal paste and they said they didn’t have any. A few seconds later I heard the staff member whisper “They’d probably blow the house up” just because of our age (14) which is shocking behaviour to PC builders starting out and is a disgrace to the Tech community. disgraceful.

I got ripped of here, ending up spending huge sums of money and wasn’t informed of the cheap parts they buy. AVOID at all cost. He wasn’t friendly at all once he realised I’d discovered the cheap parts they use. Very unprofessional.
