    I’m giving this place three starts because they have a good range of products, but the customer service was not good. I came in with a mission to purchase a mini luggage bag and I wasn’t even addressed or greeted within the first 10 minutes. I was waiting at one of the counters and watched a salesperson be on their phone the whole time. I would totally understand if the store was packed and busy, but there were maybe 5-7 people in the store. After about 12 minutes he finally looked up from his phone and asked if I was being helped and then when I said no, he tried to tell me I wasn’t approached because “I had earphones in.” Every single store I’ve been in has at least greeted me. When you go to a luxury store to purchase a bag that is almost £2000, that is unacceptable. I most likely won’t be back.

    The staffs are very kind and welcoming. A pleasant change from the standoffish attitude from some of its neighbours on NBS. I tried out several jackets with Hannah, and she was lovely and helpful in narrowing down my choice.
