So impressed with Tempting Hat Hire and Lorraine the whole experience was just lovely I arrived and was greeted by Lorraine changed into my mum of bride outfit and entered the hat room What a wow moment there were so many hats in every colour and design. Having read other Google reviews I went along and met Lorraine in order to find a hat to match my outfit for an upcoming wedding. Lorraine certainly lived up to her 5 * reviews. Warm, welcoming attention to detail are but a few of her many professional qualities. She shortlisted a collection of hats that we selected.I Ioved the fact she opened the door for daylight and that there were 2 mirrors close up and distance! She took photos in different positions for me on my phone so that I could see and decide. She showed such enthusiasm for my upcoming event too. Took my sister and sister-in-law this morning to choose our hats for a special wedding in June. Lorraine was fabulous nothing was to much trouble, we were made to feel very welcome and it was such a lovely experience for all of us we were made to feel very special. She was fantastic at picking out the exact colours and styles for our dresses. This is my second visit with Lorraine and she never disappoints, will always be a customer and whole heartedly recommend for any of your special occasions.
