Hugely disappointed with the experience. I placed an order and was given the option to have it delivered for a specific date. Received all confirmation and shipping email, etc. I waited the whole day, which found out that my parcel was at a depot in Swansea - I live in London. I was contacted by a staff, who was polite, but quite adamant that my parcel has been delivered (which I asked my neighbours if they have received - no they have not). So we agreed to wait until the next morning to see if I would receive it then (the day I am supposed to be enjoying my meal!). Nope, did not turn up. Contacted the same person again, but they responded they lost our parcel (despite the tracking now updated saying it’s in Leeds!) and that we would be issued a refund. First of all - I wanted my Korean army stew kit - not the refund. I planned a meal with many guests for the day and now we have nothing to serve. I then asked if they could redeliver which they responded no because I am located outside of M25. I then asked if they could redeliver to a relative’s address which is located IN M25. Zero response. Utterly disappointed. It’s not whether I am offered MY money back or not, it is the constant ‘on the system it said it was delivered’ and then ‘oh the parcel has got lost’. The misplacement of MY purchased items and the disappointing experience. So here I am, explaining 10000x to my guests as to why they are not eating a Korean meal as planned. Thanks.
