Paula married my partner Joe and I at the end of May, and I cannot sing her praises enough. The care, attention and time she put into making our ceremony so uniquely ‘us’ was appreciated by every guest, who have raved about her service since the big day. I can’t recommend her enough, the celebrant style takes away the awkwardness and formality of a registrar. She was able to share our story with our nearest and dearest, and made sure to get it right which was so important to us both. I loved the meetings and templates she shared with us to help us sort our vows, and she was able to totally put us at ease leading up to and on the day itself. You should absolutely book her! We contacted Paula and we're immediately drawn in. She seemed warm and funny straight away. We had no debate at all in choosing her. She made it all about us straight away. Who we are, what we do - at work and in leisure. Our family life. Our kids. She wanted to know everything. She then moved on to me and the wife. How we met. Where we met. What happened when we met. So all way through we spoke and Paula listened, all while making notes. This was over zoom before 2 more formal meetings at our home. Same questions were asked but she got to know our personalities away from the screen. She took more notes and told us what she was going to write down and make into the speech or the ceremony so to speak. The second meeting at our home was more to have a final read through. We were blown away by it. The details, the way it was crafted into a story but succinctly. She even added humour into it which reflected our own personalities. On the day, the guests loved it. None of them had been to a celebrant-led wedding before but the response was overwhelming with many suggesting they'd go down the same route. What I found is that Paula's delivery and the way it centred around me and my wife made things more personal rather than wedding-centric. She delivered it with warmth and humour. Overall we were very very happy with Paula. The time she took to speak to us, learn about our family and use all that to deliver the ceremony made the day more personal for us. Paula is amazing ! We had the most perfect day celebrating our wedding as it should have been after we had to have a smaller official ceremony during the pandemic two years previously. Paula took the time to get to know us both really well and used this to create the perfect ceremony for us that was the right mix of wedding celebration, formal but personal, funny in the right places and relaxed. There are few words to thanks Paula for making our wedding official in a very special intimate ceremony. From our first contact we found a sensitive and available person to make our Elopement as personal as our love story through a personalized ceremony detailed by our essence. The process was special, Paula was always careful with the details, I loved it because they are very important to me. We were very honored to have Celebrating You on our day. Paula became a friend, it was beautiful to see her care for us on the big day, she thoughtfully took care of much more than the ceremony. On her arrival she went to our suite to see us and ask if we needed anything, everything was perfect and I said yes to the asked, I needed fruit, in the morning I forgot myself, and while doing MUA & Hair I was hungry (lol). So, Paula beautifully asked the reception to bring me fruits, details like this that made our day so amazing and so much more special than we had planned. I can't to tell about the perfect ceremony she designed for us, even words in Portuguese Paula struggled to learn, everything to make our moment more ours! Much love for it! My dear Paula we will never forget you, Marcelo and I are grateful for all the care and love, before, during & after our elopement wedding. I hope see you soon in another wedding day or for a coffee. After much deliberation on how to conduct the funeral for my husband we asked Paula to read letters for us. Paula read my letter beautifully on the first reading and I knew instantly we had the right celebrant. Paula is professional, compassionate, understanding, lady. She listened with intent to our wishes and applied them perfectly Her own words about him at the end of the service were exactly right and I would definitely recommend her to speak at any service. My experience working with Paula was outstanding. Paula was the celebrant for my Dad’s Celebration of Life service. At our initial meeting she was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. She made excellent suggestions that helped me to decide what I wanted the structure and content to be and she provided subsequent input and collaboration when we discussed the finishing touches. At the service she blended just the right amount of professional confidence, appropriate delivery and perfect timing with interjections of humor and asides. It really felt like she knew my Dad. There were many positive comments from the guests about how wonderful she was. I highly recommend her!

Paula has a natural gift & genuine compassion for her clients. We were adamant that we wanted to honour my Nan’s happy, jolly, humorous disposition at her funeral & Paula helped us do that. I was dreading the planning meeting, but after being met by Paula’s kindness, humour, grace & professionalism, she made the whole experience cathartic & dare I say even somewhat enjoyable. She listened with interest & curiosity about my Nan’s life, and subsequently put together a eulogy which was so fitting and portrayed my Nan’s wonderful qualities perfectly. Paula goes the extra mile, dropping me a text the morning of the funeral to say she’d be thinking of me all day, sending me a full copy of the eulogy afterwards. I cannot that Paula enough for making the hardest day of my life ever so slightly more bearable. Thank you Paula.

What can we say about Paula that could actually justify the amount of effort and commitment she put into our day for us. We planned a very quick small intimate wedding and gave Paula only 2 weeks to pull together a beautiful ceremony that really captured who we are as a couple. She was very engaging from the start and took every little detail we said even in passing and managed to write about us as if she’d known us for years. Her attention to detail is what made the difference in the end. We even noticed the certificate was printed without colour (I had mentioned before that I’m not a fan of lots of colour) so it suits us perfectly and we can’t wait to have it framed. She made sure there was space for all the significant people we wanted to sign it and we get to keep and cherish that forever. Honestly can’t thank her enough the time frame she had to pull this off and the way it was pulled off on the day you really wouldn’t of known we had only had contact 2 weeks before the day! She liaised with the other suppliers which helped us manage and work out timings. She was always really warm and welcoming and made a special effort to get to know our family and use their names which again made the experience more relaxed and comfortable which I do not doubt after meeting her is her genuinely approach anyway but the brief was ‘relaxed’ so learning names and taking time to talk to family fit the vibe. My sister actually joked Paula fitted in so well and naturally engaged and used her name from the start she thought she’d forgotten a long lost relative for a moment! A really big thank you to Paula and thank you so much for taking the time to film it. I’ve just watched it back and this time I cried! I managed to hold it together on the day but I think I was in a bit of a daze. Now I’ve heard it back and listened to the words again I’m just so grateful and so glad we decided to choose Paula.
