1 guy serving so when he's attending to a client I had to wait 20 mins to be seen i tried to pick 4 diffrent panels each 1 sold out be a good idea instead of customer waiting a long time someone else could be on hand to let you know items that are not available when customer left and I was expecting to be served he answered the fone !!! ,couldnt believe the cheek of the guy to tell me if I wanted them I could go to Newcastle as they they only place that had them ,disappointed to say the least 😒

Good choice provided but young male staff member was not very knowledgeable but he had that kind of "know it all"/dismissive attitude! 🙄 However, he had to be "bailed out" of his wrong calculations (therefore inaccurate prices!) by a customer who was obviously a very knowledgeable tradesman!
