I contacted Richard to see if I could get a copy. Richard managed to get me a copy of the guarantee. This just shows me that it isn't just the job, it is the aftercare too. After falling foul of a cowboy plumber, I called RHS to see if they could repair the leaking pipes and generally shoddy work. They arrived within 20 minutes of my panicky phone call and quickly resolved the problem with no fuss. He even came when he wasn't supposed to be working! I really can't thank them enough and the work is now tidy and, more importantly, water tight! Literally saved the day! Thanks again!
