2 stars because I can only use my local practice on a Thursday or Saturday. My pet is due her yearly injection, but I have to travel to Ringwood or Verwood now. I originally chose Cedar for 2 reasons... they were good with my pet and in my home town. Now my local practice is only manned twice a week, which is frustrating because last time my pet was poorly, she had to endure a 15-minute car journey on top of the stress she was already under. She doesn't like car rides, but having a close practice was ok as it was literally a couple of minutes in the car. Disappointed as I am now looking for a different vet.
