So pleased with the service from Cedar Pest Control. I’d had a bad experience with another Pest Control company who had actually made the problem worse! Despite this Ian sorted out the problem fast and the rat noise finally went quiet and we could sleep at night! He obviously has vast experience in this as he is very informative and also quickly and efficiently diagnosed the source of the problem and fixed this to prevent further occurrence. Was charged £150 for a man to come and put poison in the area we knew we had mice. Did a scout around our house to suggest potential entry points and didn’t do much else. I’ve already done what this guy has done and was expecting a bit more from a solution, but alas I’m not getting one from the guy. Edit: to follow up on the response from the owner, I have to say this is quite ironic. I was informed by my wife that she had received a passive aggressive text from the pest control man who was seemingly frustrated because he had received a bad review. However in the eyes of the public he felt it would be best to leave a professional response. The response my wife got was anything but professional, and this public response only compounds that by insulting my “inept” attempt at solving the root cause of the problem. Cedar Pest Control services may be suitable for some people who aren’t able to put poison down themselves, but I am afraid it is not a cost viable solution to have them around to implement a ‘sticky plaster solution’ whenever we get a mouse in our kitchen. It would seem that a more experienced and capable company is needed to implement a complete fix.
