Lost all 5 stars from me for dumping my kids off their list and when calling for a 5 year old needing an urgent care appointment. Got told sorry we can't help. No explanation. Didn't even know they'd taken them off their lists to go elsewhere and not waste time and effort trying to get them in. Previously had Bern pleased with everything pre covid. But for the attitude and behaviour for a young child in need - zero.

I had an exceptional experience on my first visit. The facilities were accessible and all staff were wonderful. Dr Obhrai was wonderful. He was very thoughtful and gentle when resolving several issues with my teeth. I was impressed how he kept me informed throughout the procedure, explaining complex treatments in an easy to understand way. His assistant wictoria was also great. 5 stars and hope not to be back (considering great treatment and advice) but if I am, I know I am in good hands! Highly recommended!!

My husband has been a patient to this dental practice and been very happy. Today we took our daughter for the first time and we couldn’t be happier. Our very nervous 5 year old really enjoyed her first proper check up and was made to feel at ease by Abbey (the dentist) and the wonderful dental nurse. They are both so so kind and really good at their work too. The staff at reception are also very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend this practice, it’s clean, great staff and thorough check up.

"I am very pleased with the service Ceder Dental Care have provided for me over the last year, especially Rebecca Law who has been extremely helpful in guiding me through my Invisalign journey. From start to finish she was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in advising me the correct treatment for my teeth, and the end result looked brilliant. I couldn't recommend her and Ceder Dental Care more.

My name is Justin Tibbs I have been going to Cedar Dental Care for 15 years plus whilst Abbie is a great dentist and lovely person and the practice is also very well done out!!, I visited the other day for the first time since lock down They took one X-ray polished my bottom teeth and I spent about 20 mins total there when I left they told me they would call me for payment. Oh yes they did call me all right but didn't get paid as the bill was £240 I nearly hit the floor laughing I said and for what exactly ? they gave me a breakdown of the charges £21 of that was the PPE for my charge this was simply a pair of slip on plastic covers to go over your shoes and a pair of gloves the same and a tiny little mask if you bought this anywhere it would cost £1.00 Oh and apparently we have to pay for the dentists to because they change each time !!yes sure they do...... I said never in a million years am I paying that much money for what you have or have not!! should I say actually done it was an absolute RIP OFF and because of the Virus I genrally believe their trying to make up for the losses I wont be paying the bill or ever going back there and Im absolutely disgusted with the over inflated bills everyone is going to get. My advice is to change immediately and go somewhere else there are plenty of excellent dentists out there doing the same job for a third of the price so AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
