    Rude staff attitude and over priced food & coffee that is disgusting! It’s wrong to have this shop at Active nation as the small kids parents probably feel no choice but to use them. I personally advise people not to go anywhere near this cafe

    Closed - no newspapers in shop - cafe shut - only one staff member present. Clearly did not want to communicate - ashamed of the situation I suspect. So left with 2 hr wait and no drink or food - what are Portsmouth harbour doing having these idiots as a supplier.

    Poor choices of options and random opening hours. Was told by the staff that the café had just closed when I wanted to purchase food and drinks, in spite of all the lights being on and everything on display... Only to witness them serving other customers 5min later... The ferry terminal was so much better before when there was a Costa, a pub and the small downstairs shop

    I just became a membership in the gym(thevquays swiming Southampton) after a day at the pool I love having a coffee, the girl on Monday was not very nice, I returned on Wednesday to another girl who was also very unpleasant, so I'm sorry but I 'll have my coffee after my swiming in another place
