always charging for fake collections, we have one bin but they somehow empty it twice on every visit? The overcharging is horrific and they try to refuse issuing credit notes if you don't catch them out within 14 days. Even if you catch them the next day they try to avoid correcting their charges. Dont let them have a direct dedit or you will regret it .

we have had these binmen ?? since i started at school in 2008 this last 2 years has seen a bad decline in service bins left along driveway 1 bin empty other left full then january driver crashed into gate. Phoned so called transport manager yes the driver had told him Could i get a quote please he says. so i did and ever since that phone call he's been to busy to answer me, really bad not professional at all emails sent no reply just an update on these people they leave the bins in front of gates when emptied now i was away for that day and the ladies from the office had to move bins back along the drive not good done it three times awaiting to see if they leave them this tuesday Well the service hasnt improved 11/10/2022 update for a little while they seemed to get them selfs together a bit so was told to see what service would be like after a while it seems that theres one person who collects from bin store and finds it so hard to put back bins where they got them from so just leaves on drive which blocks emergency entrance and exit all it takes is a little bit of effort we do pay for service and its not cheap to get your rubbish cleared .you may be thinking phone customer service but i have done this i dont think they talk to each other so pointless Service: Trash removal & disposal

Absolutely Cowboys been using this company for a few months now !!!promised me a glass bin for 3weeks still haven’t got one when you ring up there tell you different names😡but still charging me for a glass bin that I have never have received!!!!! Since the first day that Dave came in to introduce CD Waste in partnership with Sidcup BID the service has been brilliant from the staff in the office all the way through to the guys who do the collections, in actual fact the bin men have been very friendly and professional, one of the many things that was lacking with our previous waste company, we only wish we had known about CD Waste before as we would have taken then on board sooner, would we recommend CD Waste? Absolutely we do, keep up the great work from us all here at The Alma.
