Instructed CD Roe Builders to carry out a wrap around extension at my property, which was carried out to an exceptional and professional standard. Colin's communication skills and project management skills are second to none. The work was carried out within the revised timescale given, due to extra work that needed to be carried out. I was kept informed every step of the way and also the sub-contractors used were also of an exceptional standard. Could not be more happier with the service provided and will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends.

I recently had a single storey extension to the back of my house. Colin (CD Roe builders) was recommended to me by a neighbour. Right from the quotation stage, Colin, as the main contactor, adhered to all my needs and wants and I felt like nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out as scheduled and stages of the build were kept to a timeline. I had no worries or concerns leaving Colin and his men to get on with the build. The other workmen on the job, Marc and Ryan were a pleasure to have around and again nothing was too much trouble. Colin arranged all the other contractors to come and complete various parts of the work and this happens efficiently and to a very high standard. I can not fault any part of the work, customer service, price and standards I have reveived. I have all ready got another job for CD Roe builders to start in the summer and i have recommended Colin and his workmen to friends and family.
