Contacted this company to rectify work initially done a good job, know for my own reasons took my Cctv box of which is away from my link issue I’m having down stairs, paid a call out had Danny (AQIB) come out done nothing said will get back know I’m chasing again Khuram is ignoring calls but passed on a message they can refund me and use some one else the amount of mess up I’ve seen they call each other on jobs to see what the issue is sent a electrician that didn’t do a great job paid him and Cctv separately really annoyed some one senior needs to talk to me not pass on excuse messages very unprofessional and rude service not happy at all!!!!

Had my alarm and 4 CCTV cameras fitted few years back. Really friendly staff and workers at the time. Recently had a service and same friendly staff and workers so I can vouch for excellent aftercare and service. Lovely to deal with the same people. And supporting independent local busines!

This company should not get one star. Very unprofessional and lacking in keeping customers satisfied. I had some work done by through family referral. The engineer Darren was very knowledge able his work. But a person called Danny was useless in keeping customers satisfied. I am at present owed £21.66 for TP LINK adapter and 2 lengths of Plastic conduits. I have waited for two weeks to be fully refunded but nothing has been paid into my bank account. Tried calling them today 17/03/2022 from 12. 45pm keep cutting me off. When they wanted the full payment after the work was completed. I paid them straight away. I called Danny he told me I had 2 years warranty. Now he is stating that I have ran out of my 1 year labour warranty. It will cost me £70.00 call out fee. I have When I said send me the the me an email showing this evidence. He still has not sent me. This CCTV Focus are run by a bunch of Jokers. Who are only here to rip you off of your hard earned savings.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sent a message initially on the website asking for some advice. Danny called me a couple of days later and discussed what I wanted, arranged for an assessment and provided me with written quotes for two packages after explaining each of them. I never got the hard sell. Just got answers to my questions with great expertise. I decided to go for one of the options. An appointment was made with me very quickly and engineer Usman (Sunny) arrived as expected, did the work with little fuss while I got on with things inside. After installing the cameras, he set up the "box" inside taking his shoes off without me asking he do this. Once all set up, he sat with me and went through how to use it, how to get access on my phone and share the access, demonstrating on screen what I would see, how to access playback and everything. I was happy. I signed to say all work completed and the called the office and made the remaining funds. Very pleased with the work and how I was dealt with as a customer. 70% deposit required on booking and you pay balance on completion which I did. I got receipts and invoices throughout so full written record of everything. 3 year warranty for the equipment and 1 year warranty for the workmanship so full piece of mind. Thank you
