They come down to fit new fire system in our accommodation in Norfolk. They where so kind, helpful and really respected our flats. Can’t fault their work at all, professional, efficient and very skilled!

Called for a security emergency, engineer came out, told me he will come back the same or next day as he needed some batteries. I was told I will be contacted to arrange. I was told the call out charge will be minimised and combined with work carried out if I choose to go ahead (which I did), this would be discussed when I receive the call. I received no call the next day, so I called the company. I was told I will receive a call back. No call back. In desperation, I contacted a different company to sort the issue. A few months later I get an invoice of £52. They apparently had my number down wrong & that's why they never called back but they managed to write me a letter to tell me of the invoice. I felt it was unfair for me to pay for a service that wasn't acceptable at all and I still feel I shouldn't have paid for that. After some lengthy discussion with the service manager they took off £10. I paid to get it over & done with but would not recommend this company and very disappointed with the service.
