    Rang twice to order parts got fobbed off both times by Harvey, who just didn’t want to help at all. Changed parts as Harvey wouldn’t help and the website wouldn’t let me order that part even though I was missing out on a £200 NVME but needed the parts so, needs must. Next day delivery didn’t happen and now lost a customer.

    It’s a shame you can’t give negative stars. Worst company ever, paid for next day delivery and a month later the item was still not received, they sent emails saying it had been dispatched yet when I rang they said there was a delay with sending it out. Over 3 weeks waiting for a refund I decided to call my bank who refunded me instantly, the bank recommended never to use them again. It’s probably easier to get in contact with an ancient tribe in the middle of no where who have no phone because it’s impossible to speak to someone at CCL. Again do not use them, pay the extra couple of pounds to go to somewhere who are actually able to do business.

    Gone downhill somewhat over the last 3 months. I hope they turn things around. We used to use CCL computers regularly, and with 119 orders in total since 2018 we have done lots of work with them. The last 3-4 orders have been terrible. Basically, if you order things that are "in stock" they often aren't. But rather than tell you that, they leave you wondering why your items haven't arrived. So I put a call in, and surely enough once stock has been found the items arrive - late. This last order though, I have had to call them 4 times before eventually cancelling the order. Ordered 3 computers on the 5th of May and asked for a refund on the 15th. We had issues with two cases, and issues with 1 PSU. All of which were showing as "in stock" online. It's a shame, because I am unlikely to use this company for the forseeable. I hope they read this, and take note.

    I have recently seen the horrendous reviews regarding CCL and their service so wanted to add my experience from this week. I first used CCL 5 years ago,pre online only and visited the showroom for my purchases as it's only a stone's throw from me. I can honestly say that the staff were extremely helpful. Fast forward 5 years, my pc is giving up the ghost, it's time for a new build and I go with a complete AM5 7000 series build with AMD GPU and everything will be new as it's a new platform so not cheap by any stretch. Without going on and on, after making decisions on what board,ram,psu, tower etc etc I commit to CCL (I hadn't seen the recent reviews yet) I ordered on the morning of the bank holiday following the kings coronation. So I didn't expect it to be dispatched until Tuesday. However, most,not all of the items arrive the following day via CCL sister company BOX who is under the umbrella of tactus along with CCL among others. So the only items missing are the DDR 5 ram and the all important GPU. Tuesday evening I discovered the reviews and alarm bells and anxiety set in. Wednesday morning no update on the order and I decided to email CCL and raise a ticket,again due to reviews I read the night before I was wondering whether I would even receive a response , Wednesday afternoon CCL email, the remaining 2 items areto be dispatched for next day delivery. Massive relief. 3pm the following day the items arrived. Now, all items were correctly packaged, no seals broken and nothing to suggest they were re packaged returns as some reviews have stated. The PC is now built by myself and fully operational without a single issue through gaming, benchmarking and at idle. I have had no concerns up to typing this review. Sorry for the long review but I believe there needs to be some clarity that not all purchases are a negative experience and more often than not people will post negative reviews but not bother to post positive reviews which can be detrimental to business success.

    Completely useless customer service. Received faulty ssd and trying to return it, it's been 3 days I have no reply for my emails and you can't get thourgh on their phone. Robot just says there are no agents and call drops instantly. Will never use again.

    Bought xbox series x disk drive gave up after four days , have not been able to get in touch or have any positive feedback since, if everything goes and works well good, if not this firm don't respond to communicateion just look on trustpilot,.
