Poor communication and clarity on fees. On (justified) refusal to pay fees that were not forewarned not clarified at all, management at CCF have denied other work that was due. Worked with multiple local accountants through different business' and not had treatment like this from any other. Be careful on what is agreed and what they do / don't include if you do need to pass your accounts over here.
