We hired Mark for a gas safety inspection at a property we are purchasing. We had previously instructed a different contractor who took a whole month just to book a date with the estate agent and eventually was a no-show on the day agreed for the job. Mark was a blessing. He booked an appointment with the agent, went to the property, performed the inspection, and released the landlord certificate within a handful of days since I first contacted him (and there was a weekend in between!).
