I was truly delighted with my experience working with Deena and CBRE during my 2 years supported by them living in London. I lived in a residential building they managed, which had been renovated during Covid prior to my arrival and I was the first tenant in the flat after that completed, so I experienced some residual issues during my tenancy. There were also regular contractor visits to the flat (for smoke detector validation, security system testing, etc…) which were all managed through CBRE. Deena was a real pleasure to work with personally, responsive to the multiple requests I made, and was always extremely courteous and friendly. Because of her easy approach I never hesitated to reach out if I had a question or concern, and she always responded quickly even if the answer was that something had to be validated with the landlord directly before she could confirm something. I would be very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Deena again and would recommend you ask for her if you’re supported by CBRE in London.

Terrible estate agents from start to finish. I rented a property in London via CBRE and lived there for almost 5 years. Our move in was a mess - the property was not cleaned despite an agreement that it will be professionally cleaned. We did not have hot water for several days after moving in. Any maintenance issues which occurred during our tenancy were not fixed, for example a leaking shower door was never replaced, despite many visits from handyman's / engineers who confirmed it needs replacing. They do not care about you as a tenant. When moving out, the agency completely ignores your requests to return the deposit or at least provide inventory check out report. Full ignorance. Avoid.
