Jon was very quick to answer an initial email. He agreed to take a look at two Ash wood garden chairs purchased from Heals that could not be replaced and I had ruined with a amateur repair to one and a joint that needed professional help to the other. After leaving the chairs with him to restore for four days or so, my wife was absolutely delighted with the result. Both beautiful chairs were returned to full working order. It would appear from this experience that Jon takes a pride in his completed work and we will highly recommend his services to friends and family.
