I can not speak highly enough of this company. We lost lots of images and videos of our baby girl due to water damage in my partners phone. (went in to a swimming pool). We found out it was not backing up to Samsung or our Google account. We tried the local phone shops etc and they said they couldn't do anything for us. As a last attempt I came across CBL and John managed to get everything back for us. We are over the moon to have all the images and videos back. Thank you... first class service.
