I absolutely love boxing! I had never tried boxing before going to CBBJ Boxing gym. Colyn has been very patient with my lack of coordination! I find his 1-2-1 personal training sessions perfessional, fun and motivating. My fitness has improved so much and I am constantly learning. I feel toned and upbeat. I cant say I'm particularly good at boxing but I enjoy it and im keeping fit. I would definatley recommend CBBJ Boxing.

Colyn is an absolute legend , having never boxed before he is patient with me as I learn the basics , he explains it all superbly and I have to say I absolutely love boxing , never realised just how hard a work out it really is , but with colyn as my coach my fitness not only mentally but physically is improving all the time , honestly if you’ve never boxed before message Colyn you won’t regret it , the boxing gym and colyn , Sarah and the girls are like my second family ! Where do I start! Colyn of CBBJ Boxing has just been amazing and above and beyond in training me. He has helped me regain my confidence, strength and health back over the last few months with our 121 training sessions. He has motivated me and pushed me through the hard times. Through my sessions with him, I have managed to reverse my High Blood pressure, lose weight and improve my overall health and wellbeing. Colyn´s commitment is exceptional not necessary for his own financial gain but in the wellbeing of his clients. Having trained with various PT´s in London at high cost, I have found Colyn´s fees so reasonable and his supports exceeds anything I have ever encountered previously and the results speak for themselves. I can’t recommend Colyn enough.
