I bought my car through Cazoo, it was delivered with the following problems: The car was delivered dirty The battery is faulty The breaks sound badly and makes the car unstable in the road The usb connection is faulty and drops connection every time it moves. Got here at 9am, give them the keys and they left me in a room waiting ( very cold room ) Some minutes later, someone got in the room and ask me about the problems I wanted to be checked ( after sending them pictures and detailed explanation by email), she took notes by hand in a paper and left. 3 hours later I get out to ask how is it going and they told me that an engineer is doing the diagnostic test and it will took another 2 hours, had to buy food from Deliveroo. One hour later, the same person who took the notes by hand came in and told me that they could not found an issue with the breaks ( you can hear the scratching from the distance ) and they could not find a problem with the connection, but they found a problem in the battery ( 4hours for this ) and they could replace but it is going to take another hour. I ask about the cleaning and she forgot about it, so she goes to tell them 1h later another person I asked came in and say it is going to take another 45 minutes! And here I am after 6hours and a half This is ridiculous

Terrible customer service - it took them 3 months to fix an issue with the car we purchased (burnt fuze and front sits cap holder). I've had to pay for the fix, and they shake me off each time I chase them for a refund, although it's under warranty. The current situation is that they own my ±450 GBP for under warranty costs I paid, but they do nothing to refund me. So far I have 62 emails correspondence between us. The usual phone customer support response would be "we'll get back to you about this", which never happens. After posting a bad Trustpilot review, a senior customer support contacted me, asking me to contact her directly for every problem, but she too didn't respond to any of my emails, just to show how terrible their customer support is.
