* Edited * a couple of years ago I gave cazoo a good rating . That's changed since then. Their customer service is awful as soon as that car is given to you. I went to pick the car up over 100 days ago and there was a dent from 'transit' in the car. Since then they still have not sorted out the damaged car. Check your vehicle over properly and take nothing unless its perfect. Or just use a company that isn't declining at a fast rate.

What a shocking company to buy from. The cars haven't had a 300 point inspection and when you do take it in for repair you can't contact anyone directly. 4 weeks Manchester had my car until I got a refund LR67XJZ for anyone going to buy it don't. Was told it was going to BMW 10 days on the car hadn't moved. I ignored the warning reviews wish i hadn't. Money and more importantly time wasted on a badly run company.

Booked for 10 am to pick up to car, came here early at 9:30. Waited until 10:40, and telling me that the car has some problem. Shouldn’t they have fully checked the car before selling it? Or shouldn’t they have checked the car when I made the pick up booking? Why they just found out when I came here by Uber that cost me more then 30 GPB? When asking for a refund and compensation for the traveling cost, the CS reply that there would not any compensation if we ask for refund. Their car have problem and cost me the time and money on traveling, and they still want me to buy the car if I ask them to pay my travel cost? Way to go for doing business and they have just lost me as a customer. I have no idea why this company is rated to high score here, maybe is just me being bad luck, but sure the customer service is not good if there is a problem with those car. So good luck for those who want to buy car from them. As a journalist, I will strongly not recommend this company to all of my friends and readers.

Would give zero stars if possible. Bought my car Audi q5 from cazoo. After two weeks car started showing engine management light. I had 90 day warranty.Been messed around with 1. Cazoo mechanics just kept reseting the dashboard light not fixing the real prblm 2. Giving me appointment in london while i live in bolton 3. They didnt hav dates available 4. Forget about courtsy cars they will nevr hav one available Thts how they completed 90 days. Now i m left with car with faulty engine after spending 27k. Fraud company they are selling faulty cars Avoid ……Avoid … Avoid They need to be reported

Warning if you're having your car serviced here! Absolute worst car service experience today and shocking lack of communication. Was told the mot&service would take up to 3hrs so I waited onsite, arrived at 10am, 3 hours passed and no updates, I asked every hour after that and kept being told its next in line or there are parts delays. At 4.30pm, over SIX HOURS of waiting, I'm told the service can't be completed today due to staff shortages, WHY was i not told earlier instead wasting my day sat at Cazoo is beyond me! at this point I just want to go home so the MOT is being done, I see the mechanics leaving but no one has told me its ready! and its now 5.40pm so I had to ask again for an update& finally got my car to go home nearly EIGHT HOURS later but have to rebook for the service, Absolutely shocking putting customers through this and not taking ownership.

I bought the cazoo cover 36 months & 3 year service plan on 4 Jun 2022, I’m really upset about the service experience. First of all, Cazoo Leeds branch has been closed. So, I need to drive 1.5 hour to Manchester center. This is not convenient for me. And I made the booking for service & MOT on 10 Apr 2023. However, one of the staff told the interim service can’t be processed after I wait there for over 4 hours. It was make me very federated. Then the service was re-schedule on today, 26 Apr 2023. I drop off my car in Manchester Centre and hand on the key to your staff at 9:30am. today. car in Manchester branch at 9:30am. At 2:30pm, still no people to provide any service for my car and an still park in the same space actually. I approached to your staff his name call Faz. And his attitude absolutely unacceptable. He said still need to wait another 2.5 hours and if I unhappy, I can take the key then drive home.
