I asked about booking a holiday but said that I've a few hospital appointments and might have to cancel date they said thats OK pay deposit and if u can't make it I could re book another date without losing my deposit however I had a hospital appointment so had to cancel I said I'd like to rebook another date please she said I've lost the deposit that is not what they promised very upset and angry
