A big thank you to Paul and all of the Cayman team. I travelled from Southampton to Reigate on 15/5/23 and roof fixed same day. Broken wire and problem solved. I’m a fastidious car owner and nothing was too much trouble during my visit. Everything was explained and my questions answered fully and honestly about the car. Travel to see them and you won’t be disappointed. Roof repairs is all Cayman do, day in and day out - give them your business and they will give you their expertise. Why go elsewhere and likely get misdiagnosed and pay twice over.

Very courteous and brilliant service from Cayman. They diagnosed what was wrong with my roof on my SLK very quickly and arranged for it to be repaired. Unfortunately the roof was still problematic but Cayman arranged for my car to be repaired again at no extra cost! I would recommend Cayman for any cabriolet roof or folding roof repairs.

Full credit to Cayman, after my initial visit left me with the same problem, they contacted me and took the car back in for a code read and a further roof check. In the meantime I had managed to get the problem fixed elsewhere, in fairness it was intermittent, but great attitude and really helpful. Thanks Millie. Would definitely go back.
