I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you,thank you,thank you to Ryan who has a massive heart of gold.My partner has leukaemia and due to the chemotherapy treatment was left paralysed from the chest down consequently the neuro physiotherapist would not discharge my partner as they insisted ramps were constructed so my partner could gain access to our house.All it took was one phone call on a Friday morning and Henry came round to measure up for materials that evening.On Saturday Henry returned with Charlie and all the materials to construct the ramps.Henry and Charlie are absolute stars and are so pleasant, they removed doors for us,moved beds back upstairs and even replaced Broken fence panels they were absolutely brilliant.And as a result of the work being completed so quickly my partner was discharged on Monday afternoon we were so happy.I asked for an invoice but was told there was no charge.So once again Ryan Henry and charlie we thank you so much for everything you have done it just go’s to show you cannot tar every building company with the same brush.

Ryan Caws is a professional, on all levels. We provided architectural plans for a new garage with a challenging roof: he produced a buildable and elegant solution. On this and a subsequent rendering project, the site was always safe, tidy and thoughtful of others. Deliveries were made in good time so the work proceeded smoothly. The Caws team were all proficient, hardworking and open to informed discussion with us when some detail needed thinking through. Their solutions always brought improvements. They were also, all of them, pleasant, friendly, helpful and good to have around. Detailed prices were provided both in advance and quickly in response to changes we requested during the work. The invoices were as expected and dealt with in a business-like way. We look forward to next year’s project with the Caws team. FULL INTERNAL RENOVATION - HEATING - WATER - ELECTRICS - PLASTERING. I had confidence in Caws from the first meeting and that did not change at any time during the project, other than to improve. As an aside, but an important one, the renovation of our home straddled the Covid 19 lockdown and throughout the period Ryan and the team ensured the ‘site’ was Covid secure at all times. Again, during the whole period there was only one working day when someone was not working on the house. The original quote was detailed and costed thereby allowing me to choose, if I wanted, to forego or change some of the planned work. During the renovation as and when problems were uncovered, they were flagged, discussed, solutions offered with quotes for the additional work. There was an attention to detail throughout the work with a range of craftsmen working as one. The team was tidy in their approach, clearing up at the end of each day and ensuring the site was safe. There was a uniform approach to the work committed to quality whether it was delivering goods, tidying the site, detailed carpentry or plumbing work. Ryan and the team, and in particular Jamie, offered a range of suggestions about the project drawing on their expertise. In doing so the decision was always mine and I was made aware of what the costs would be. Consideration was given to the impact on the local neighbourhood with the number of vehicles, delivery, building dust and the general detritus caused by building work. Neighbours appreciated the consideration and limited any potential for neighbour disputes. The overall transformation following the work was to a high standard, delivered what I was expecting although a stressful time was made less stressful by the approach of Ryan and the team. The big test is always would you use the company again and would you recommend to friends and family – the answer is a resounding yes. Caws recently completed a ground floor extension and complete refurbishment of our house. They are a very polite, professional and hard working group of guys. We changed the scope of the work fairly significantly during the build but Caws were always flexible and accommodating. Having seen some of their previous work we knew it would be finished to a very high standard, and we were certainly not disappointed. We are thrilled with the end result. Thanks to Ryan and the team.
