I have been nursing in pretty much every speciality, grown my skills all round, met wonderful people and worked in dozens of practices. This experience has been invaluable for me as I embarked on my next adventure of studying dentistry. Everyone at Cavity is so supportive, hardworking and easy to chat to. Even though you aren’t face to face daily with your team, you are always in touch and never feel alone. You can drop a line to anyone in the company, even the big boss, and you are guaranteed to get a nice and quick reply. Thank you for a unique experience Cavity and I cannot wait to see where the next years will take you, although I’m sure it will be amazing!

Edit to reply…Yes it has been some time since I left. Fortunately, I have never and will never have another experience like Cavity. I’m still waiting for you to look into my queries, however, and would be grateful for some feedback regarding this, rather than hoping it’ll be forgotten about. I’m thrilled you have managed to maintain staff. I’m simply giving my experience, not theirs. I look forward to hearing from you. Awful experience working for Cavity. I lost work on a couple of occasions due to a more favourite nurse wanting it (despite it being me the practice had requested). I was told this would be looked into, but it obviously hasn’t. I wouldn’t be one of their robots who bleated constantly about how wonderful Cavity are, and because of that I didn’t fit in. I’m not going to tell people they’re great until I’ve had experience working for them, and my experience was not positive. Nepotism is rife. As soon as I have notice I was blocked from anything to do with the wonderful Cavity ‘family’, apart from them badgering me on a daily basis about returning my 3rd or 4th hand uniforms. You’re ok as long as you follow the script. Think for yourself, and you are ostracised.

I highly recommend working for cavity. Always a full week of work, my area manager is supportive, helpful and always available when I need to speak to her. A great support network throughout the whole team. After 15 years of nursing I finally feel appreciated and supported.

I worked with a nurse today and I did not find her very professional. I am always grateful to the nurses always as they help us get through the day. The nurse today interrupted time and again when I was speaking to the patients and started suggesting crown options to patients! When I told her not to interrupt while I am discussing treatments/ options/ diagnosis- she said that there are only 2 more patients to go and then you don’t have to work with me any more! I was a bit taken aback by the the unpleasant reply and unwillingness to take any feedback. A bit rude in her general behaviour throughout the day; I really was glad when the day finished. I know this could be just one person but unfortunately not a great experience for me.
